Harassment of or by any student enrolled at this school and Bushwick Campus is not permitted. This includes harassment based upon an individual’s race, color, religion, gender, physical appearance, age, disability, national origin, citizenship, native language, sexual orientation, marital status, or any other basis protected by law.
Such harassment includes, but is not limited to:
- Negative comments, stereotyping or slurs
- Threatening, intimidating or hostile acts
- Written material (including graffiti) that denigrates (puts others down) or shows hostility
- Jokes, pranks or other forms of “humor” that relates to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, sexual orientation, etc.
